A recent study suggests that nearly two-thirds of mobile phones returned to the manufacturer by consumers are in perfect working order.

Of these:

• 38% were from users who gave up after trying to use a specific application, and failing.
• 13% were from consumers who said they’d been mis-sold the device and it was unfit for purpose.
• 49% were from those who thought that a lack of pre-configuration was a fault

Creative for me is doing something unexpected, to rewrite the rules and yet still somehow make sense

Creative for Creative on the other hand means copy your rival as closely as possible and then sue them for some arbitrary patent that by the sounds of it should never have been granted (remember amazon 1-click!!). They must realise that they may win the battle, but how will their name ever benefit through such blatant hypocrisy?
