Sam Hecht showed us this coffee maker when we visited the studio of Industrial Facility last year. The object is perfectly cylindrical so is well resolved when free standing, something most coffee makers do whether designed for or not. There are a number of other subtle, beautifully thought through and resolved elements to it. The only pity is that for now at least Muji are only selling them in Japan.
